About Ann L Colley
I'm a managing partner of A. L. Colley & Associates, Inc. and L.O.V.E.™ Works Counseling which provides: Marriage, Family, Individual, Counseling for a variety of challenges. Additionally, the practice provides Individual and Organizational Coaching, Leadership Development Training and Organizational and Growth Development. She is a counselor, speaker, teacher, mentor/coach, and consultant, who specializes in helping individuals and organizations achieve their maximum potential through accessing their inner resources to overcome obstacles. Ann’s passion and broad experiences help to develop kinship with diverse clients. She brings a contagious energy, warmth and optimism which stimulate learning through raising delicate issues in a way that is infused with humor and perspective that increases an environment for trying new ideas/behaviors. Her message of empowerment has been shared from the pulpit of churches, stages of retreats, seminars and trainings.
Ann also is an adjunct professor at Harcum College where she teaches in the Human Services Program teaching sociology classes. She has been an adjunct at Holy Family University, Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia Certificate Leadership Program and Palmer Theological Seminary. She was a On-Call Chaplain at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for four years.
Ann L. Colley is a native of Chicago and has been a resident of Philadelphia for the past nineteen years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Additionally, she earned her Masters of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia and she completed her clinical training in marriage and family therapy at the Council for Relationships (an AAMFT certified program).
